RECON
SCHOOL,
SEPTEMBER, 1967

| I went through Recon School at
San Onofre,
Camp Pendleton. The only thing that is left of this school is the
MOS in my SRB and this picture that contains writing on the back that
it
was taken at that school. I was a L/Cpl. |

| I remember the
school as being
great! The instruction was good and the instructors did their jobs
above
average. I drew close to John Blum(e) from Wisconsin. I have no idea
how
to find him but saw him in country once. He was fortunate enough to be
in Recon while serving in Viet Nam. |
