sign-up and receive
some applause for their actions. Please e-mail me the information
requested
and a scanned picture if possible and I will place you in the
appropriate
section. I will also place an "UNCONFIRMED" on your entry until I
receive
a photo copy of a DD-214 proving your account. At That time I will
place
a CONFIRMED for you. Please mail the copy of the DD-214 to the address
below and if you have any questions there is an e-mail for me there
also.
Let's make this successful by everyone getting involved. NOTE: You do
not
have to send a DD-214, but the UNCONFIRMED will remain. I would accept
a photo copy of some ID card and a photo copy of the citation if that
is
easier for you.
